We’ve dined here a few times. Never at their Summer Prix Fixe menu but we will as soon as it’s available so we can post a review. Their A La Carte menu is reasonably priced for a Four Seasons. The secret is to order the Branzino for your entree. It’s priced at $79 and serves two. Ordering the same fish at one of the high end Greek seafood restaurants would cost $80 – $90 and would serve one. The fish is grilled and the skin is coated with a variety of seeds. We’ve ordered is several times and it’s always been cooked to perfection. The Broccolini is also a favorite. It’s grilled, well seasoned and not oily. We’ve had a mixed experience with the Swordfish skewers. The first 2 times, they were perfect. The last time, they were overcooked and inedible. Ask for the complimentary fresh veggies. They don’t always remember to bring it. The restaurant is on the 3rd floor and if you sit be the window, you’ll have a view of the pool deck and ocean.
